So, I've been seeing this girl. We actually go to know each other on twitter, even though we have mutual friends. Things started off great. Fantastic, I would say.
But on the day of our first proper date, I lost my job. I don't think that affected the date, but it might help to colour in the situation, I guess. I would put that date in the win column, pretty much. We had a great time.
We've seen each other since, in non date type situations, but I cant seem to get her on another date. I've asked her out, and she will use her move to Dublin as an excuse, being busy with friends, all vaguely reasonable reasons to raincheck. It's just fucking frustrating as all hell, like this timeline;
-It's Monday, we arranged to have dinner together, hooray!
-Tuesday morning comes around, and she says she needs an early night,
boooo!!!
-On Tuesday afternoon, she says "fuck it, let's go out" YAY!
-An hour later, I get a fucking text saying that she checked her bank balance and can't afford to go out this week. (It should be noted that I said I would pay for everything this time as we went dutch last time because of my job loss) so, ARRRGGHHHHH.
We still talk a bit on gchat, not as much though, as I am waiting for her to ask me out, as I'm feeling a little bit fucked around at this point.
I would have assumed that she chalked this endeavor up to a loss, and our little "twomance" fling has been, well flung.
It's just irritating especially when a few nights ago, she gave out to me for being "too quiet" on Gchat. What the hell??
I have been nothing but open and honest about my intentions here. Do I really have to tell her how I feel about all this? because I thought it would be obvious at this point.

Thanks! Sometimes I use that fancypants Origins stuff with a nice SPF for us fair-skinned ladies.. Other times I use a Sephora compact with powder. Other times I go bare.

I'm a 30-ish guy, and lately I've been crazy worried about my lack of relationship experience. I've only had one, about a year ago, and we met on the internet/it was long-distance (I've never "dated" anybody). I guess I have two concerns: A.) How do folks meet each other nowadays? The bar scene was never really my thing, and my circle of friends is small. I dunno how to attract people, or maybe tell they're attracted. B.) I worry about sexual eventualities, like women my age expect a man to know what he's doing. I try hard, and am willing to learn, but I finish quickly. I'd hope to find a woman willing to be patient, but I still don't know quite how to get over the worry.

Newsflash: women like to fuck. I think many people are shocked to hear that women like to fuck. So when we get onstage and are honest about who we are and what we want, people think we are “oversexualizing” ourselves in order to appeal to men. In fact, we’re being who we really are and not hiding it, the same way a man might onstage. That’s not “cheating” your way to success. That’s being who the hell you truly are, and owning it, and making other people pay you to be who you really are. Mwahahahahahha! It feels delicious.
