Oh man, I’m sorry. This is really sad. I advise looking up Dr. Elizabeth Kubler-Ross’s work on the different stages of grieving. They can happen in almost any order, but acceptance is always the final stage I think. I’m very sorry for your loss. Allow yourself to have the emotions as they arise.
